L’abitazione si trova in un contesto ad alta densità residenziale nella Pedemontana a nord di Vicenza.
L’edificio è realizzato su più piani, è caratterizzato da un impianto a forma rettangolare, al cui centro del lato lungo trova posto l’ingresso, caratterizzato da una boiserie in marmo studiata appositamente per questa abitazione. Al piano terra trova posto tutta la zona living e la zona notte padronale oltre alla scala di collegamento tra i piani interrato e primo. La scala, posizionata al centro dell’abitazione è caratterizzata da un ampio lucernario a soffitto, apribile, che illumina naturalmente la zona. Al piano primo sono presenti altre camere ed i servizi di pertinenza oltre ad altri spazi di aggregazione.
La casa è caratterizzata da ampie vetrate che fanno dialogare l’ampio giardino con l’interno e da una colorazione bianca che dona al volume una continua mutazione cromatica a seconda della stagione e dei riflessi del sole. Altri elementi distintivi del progetto sono un ampio portico a sbalzo privo di sostegni con copertura in parte in vetro.
All’interno molti dettagli sono stati realizzati su disegno dello studio. Tutto il layout legato all’illuminazione sia puntuale che di fondo è stata oggetto di un’attenta valutazione al fine di valorizzare ogni singolo elemento del progetto.

The house is located in a high density residential context in the Pedemontana north of Vicenza.The building is built on several floors, is characterized by a rectangular plant, at the center of the long side there is the entrance, characterized by a marble paneling designed specifically for this house.
On the ground floor there is the living area and the master bedroom in addition to the staircase connecting the basement and first floor.
The staircase, located in the center of the house is characterized by a large ceiling skylight, openable, which naturally illuminates the area.
On the first floor there are other rooms and services in addition to other spaces of aggregation. The house is characterized by large windows that make the large garden dialogue with the interior and a white color that gives the volume a continuous cromatic change depending on the season and the reflections of the sun.
Other distinctive elements of the project are a large cantilevered porch without supports with partly glass cover.Inside many details were made to the studio’s design. All the layout related to both point and background lighting has been carefully evaluated in order to enhance every single element of the project.
