Questo progetto sarà realizzato in un contesto collinare, dove sono già presenti due edifici dei primi anni ’60, mai stati oggetto di manutenzione. La richiesta della committenza era quella di realizzare un unico fabbricato contemporaneo sviluppato su un unico piano.
Gli innumerevoli punti panoramici presenti nel sito hanno influito le scelte progettuali.
L’abitazione ,una volta ultimati i lavori, scomparirà comunque alla vista grazie al tetto “verde” ed alla grande presenza di vetro che rifletterà durante il giorno l’ambiente in cui è inserita, numerosi dettagli della nuova abitazione saranno realizzati in pietra locale (pietra nera delle Bregonza) abbinata all’acciaio corten, mentre per le parti intonacate sarà scelto il colore della terra.
La distribuzione interna degli spazi tiene conto delle zone private e pubbliche, la suite matrimoniale e le camere dei figli si trovano in posizioni diverse e sono scollegate dalla zona living. A lavori ultimati parte della copertura diventerà un belvedere.

This project will be carried out in a hilly context, where there are already two buildings of the early 60’s, never been the subject of maintenance. The request of the client was to create a single contemporary building developed on a single floor.
The countless viewpoints on the site have influenced the design choices.
The house , once completed the work, will disappear anyway to the view thanks to the roof "green" and the large presence of glass that will reflect during the day the environment in which it is inserted, many details of the new house will be made of local stone (black stone of Bregonza) combined with corten steel, while for the plastered parts will be chosen the color of the earth.
The internal distribution of the spaces takes in consideration the private and public areas, the double suite and the children’s rooms are located in different positions and are disconnected from the living area. When completed, part of the roof will become a belvedere.
