Questo edificio si trova lungo una strada ad alta percorrenza nei pressi del centro storico di Montecchio Maggiore.

Lo studio è stato incaricato di progettare un nuovo involucro che esaltasse le caratteristiche dell’edificio esistente che si trovava finito e tinteggiato ma ormai liso dal tempo, la struttura è a destinazione direzionale.

Dopo una ricerca dei materiali presenti sul mercato e l’analisi dei costi per rispondere alle esigenze della committenza la scelta è ricaduta su di una facciata ventilata ed isolata in gres porcellanato con finitura in ferro.

Lo studio ha progettato tutti i tagli delle lastre in modo che anche la scansione dei tagli diventasse anch’esso elemento caratterizzante del progetto.

Si è lavorato poi anche con la luce a led così da cambiare in fase notturna, i colori dell’edificio stesso mettendo in evidenza i fori finestra presenti.

Il risultato finale è un edificio che ha acquistato maggiore carattere e visibilità anche in fase notturna.

This building is located along a high-mileage road near the historic center of Montecchio Maggiore.

The studio was commissioned to design a new casing that would enhance the characteristics of the existing building that was finished and painted but now has been drawn since time, the structure is directional.

After a research of the materials on the market and the cost analysis to meet the needs of the client, the choice fell on a ventilated and insulated facade in porcelain stoneware with iron finish.

The studio designed all the cuts of the slabs so that the scanning of the cuts also became a characteristic element of the project.

It was also worked with the led light so as to change at night, the colors of the building highlighting the window holes present.

The end result is a building that has acquired more character and visibility even at night.
