Il residence si trova in un contesto a bassa densità residenziale lungo il fiume Astico nella valle dell’Astico ai piedi delle Prealpi Venete.
Il complesso immobiliare costituito da più unità residenziali è realizzato su tre piani fuori terra, il movimento in pianta del progetto è dovuto al mantenimento del sedime dell’impianto originario.
Il progetto ha voluto riproporre in chiave moderna il “maso montano” re-intrerpretandolo in chiave attuale.
Le grandi vetrate poste con vista fiume donano agli interni luce naturale durante l’arco di tutta la giornata.
L’edificio è stato realizzato con la tecnica della prefabbricazione in legno al fine di massimizzare i costi di produzione, sono stati fatti cinque moduli uguali assemblati tra di loro.
Altra caratteristica valutata in fase di progettazione è stata quella di portare l’edificio a manutenzione quasi zero, questo è stato possibile rivestendo per la quasi totalità l’edificio con una facciata ventilata in lamiera preverniciata.
I colori dominanti sono il nero ed il testa di moro.

The residence is located in a low-density residential area along the Astico river in the Astico valley at the foot of the Venetian Pre-Alps.
The complex costituted of several residential units is built on three floors above ground, the movement in plan of the project is due to the maintenance of the original plant.
The project wanted to propose in a modern way the "maso montano" reinterpreting it in a current key.
The large windows withthe view of the river give to the interior natural light throughout the day.
The building was built with the technique of prefabrication in wood in order to maximize production costs, were made five equal modules assembled together.
Another feature evaluated during the design phase was that of bringing the building to almost zero maintenance, this was possible by covering almost the entire building with a ventilated façade in pre-painted sheet metal.
The dominant colors are black and dark brown.
