Questo edificio è situato al limite di un contesto industriale produttivo della Zona Pedemontana a Nord di Vicenza, a fianco di una arteria ad alto scorrimento.
Allo studio è stato affidato l’ incarico di riconvertire l’edificio esistente allo stato di “grezzo”, precedentemente a destinazione magazzino/uffici, in un fabbricato ospitante gli uffici di una nota azienda operante nel settore della moda.
Il risultato finale è un edificio in parte “aperto” e “trasparente” che dialoga con l’ampio spazio verde d’intorno e in parte chiuso e più riservato dove vengono sviluppati nuovi progetti aziendali.
Il nero ed il vetro sono i temi dominanti sia all’esterno che all’interno.
Lo studio ha inoltre curato tutti i dettagli interni di questo progetto di riconversione industriale.

This building is located on the edge of a productive industrial context of the Zona Pedemontana north of Vicenza, next to a high flow artery.
The firm has been entrusted with the task of converting the existing building to the state of "raw", previously intended warehouse/ offices, in a building hosting the offices of a well-known company operating in the fashion industry.
The end result is a building partly "open" and "transparent" that dialogues with the large green space around the building and partly closed and more reserved where new business projects are developed.
Black and glass are the dominant themes both inside and outside.
The firm also took care of all the internal details of this industrial conversion project.
